While at SPCC, the most important skills I would like to develop include:

  • Developing the ability to professionally and proficiently present and discuss ultrasound cases to radiologists

    • by May 11th, 2016

  • Developing the skills and knowledge necessary to perform thorough, diagnostic ultrasound examinations

    • by May 11th, 2016

To accomplish my educational goals, I will practice scanning a variety of exams as much as possible during lab and in clinical. I will also practice presenting and discussing cases with radiologists at my clinical sites.

 

 

While at SPCC, the most important skills I would like to develop include:

  • Providing my instructors, classmates, and preceptors with a fun and satisfactory pinning ceremony as class president

    • by May 10th, 2016

  • Encouraging, supporting, and assisting the next Sonography class with their goals and growth in the program

    • by May 11th, 2016

  • Making my preceptors and instructors proud of my progress and success in this program

    • by May 11th, 2016

To accomplish my personal and social goals, I will assist in organizing the pinning ceremony this year, and I plan on becoming more involved with the junior Sonography class before graduation.

  • To become OB/GYN and Abdomen-registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

    • by December 31st, 2016

  • To graduate from the Medical Sonography Program at South Piedmont Community College

    • by May 11th, 2016

  • To obtain a full-time position as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

    • by June 31st, 2016

 

 

  • To become a proficient Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in multiple modalities

    • by December 31st, 2017

  • To become a helpful sonography preceptor to assist future students in becoming successful sonographers

    • by December 31st, 2016

  • To become a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)

    • by December 31st, 2018
